This resplendent home features multiple wood-burning fireplaces for the cozy ambiance you seek in a Sunriver vacation home. The expansive Kitchen has 2 cooktops, with dual wall ovens, and professional-grade fridge, perfect for family meals any time of the day. This home has plenty of space for everyone, it features the main Living room, inviting Family room, and a Hangout Room with large Smart TV, a table for playing games, a piano keyboard and couches.

This home provides plenty of parking for everyone in your group with access to a 2 car garage and parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Outdoor amenities feature a gas BBQ and patio seating for those meals that are best enjoyed in the great outdoors. Sit back and relax in your own private outdoor hot tub. Gorgeous landscaped yard and lawn, experience the sense of tranquility by the tree-lined stream running through the backyard in the summer months. Wonderful golf course view throughout the home and on the back deck. A/C is upstairs only.

5 Bedrooms:
The first four bedrooms are upstairs and the last bedroom is downstairs. The first primary has a King-sized bed along with a large bathroom, walk-in dual-head shower plus living/sitting area with fireplace.

The second primary has a Queen size bed, plus 3/4 bath

The third primary has a Queen, plus two twins with a full bath

The fourth primary has a set of Bunks plus a Trundle

The fifth bedroom is located downstairs and has a King-sized bed with an attached full bath.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 10 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.

This is a perfect place for a large, active group.

"Tue, Aug 1 – Sun, Aug 6, 2023 Rating: 5/5 Sunriver multi-family get away The house was massive with five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, plenty of room for four families with a total of eleven children ages 3-18. Lots of space for people to find a quiet nook to read or nap. Rooms seemed to be pretty sound proof. We were able to easily prepare meals for our group with two ovens, two stove tops and a grill. There were two full size refrigerators and another fridge at the bar. Having the laundry room upstairs by four of the bedrooms made it easy to keep up with clothing needs. The view out on to the golf course provided entertainment as we watched the golfers go by and the deer frolic on the fairway. The house came equipped with several bikes and a bike trailer. Our group enjoyed time at the Sharc, High Desert Museum, horse back riding, river rafting, golfing, biking and regular trips to the ice cream shop. This is a perfect place for a large, active group.

"06/10/2014--updated_date-- The location was beautiful. The house was spacious enough that it never felt cramped or crowded. The home was very peaceful and homey despite it's large size. We loved having a fire in the beautiful fireplaces. We would return to Winners Circle in a minute. The kitchen is amazing, the deck is relaxing and the Cascara staff is awesome.

"07/09/2013--updated_date-- We have 14 in our family and this home had plenty of room for all. There was a lot of common living space and places to sleep. The location was great with easy access to the trails and overlooking the golf course. We actually enjoyed having the extra distance from SHARC and the Village in order to give us more walking and biking time. It was very close to North Store which was very convenient. We would consider staying here again.

The lock in down stair bathroom was broken. Did not have too much problem but would be nicer to have it. The cleanliness, availability and condition of clean towels, sheets, pillows, blanket were more than expected.

"01/01/2018--updated_date-- We had a very enjoyable family holiday, four couples and five teens. The kitchen was large and made preparing meals easy. There was plenty of seating for meals, ten at the dining table and at least six at the kitchen booth. It was nice to have room in the garage to park our vehicles. The bicycles were nice to have for trail riding around the resort. Also the hot tub was enjoyed by all. The property description was accurate and the property was clean and well maintained. We would consider renting this property again.

It was spacious and lovely. We did have a situation since I am 5'3" tall and my daughter in law is 5'. The dishes and microwave were over our heads. The counters were a bit high as well. We COULD reach the microwave, but not the cupboard for the dishes. Everyone else in our party is tall, so they loved it and put the dishes away!

If you happen to have kids anywhere from the ages of 4-25 years old, then Sun River is an amazing vacation experience.

Property Manager: We had a small leak in the ceiling while during our stay and the team that came out to help fix the problem was the best I've ever dealt with here in OR. The guys were accommodating / wore masks / put down tarp on the floor in order to not dirty any of the carpet / and cleaned up after themselves. They were pleasant and thoughtful. Property: Winners Circle 30 has been our destination spot at least 5 times of the past 10 years. We continue to find it a beautifully spacious and relaxing home for our family. Since the home is so large and has plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms, it's a treat for our kids to have so much exploring space inside. It's also large enough to easily have another family (or two) join you if you wish to bring your kids friends along. The house easily accommodates everyone with plenty of space to spare if you need to find a quiet room to read or take an afternoon nap. The back deck is directly on the Golf Course and so is the hot tub, so you can relax with a glass of wine while watching the golfers. The design of the home is completely custom by design and provides a unique memory unlike any place you may have stayed before. It's a little bit like a 'fantasy house' which makes it even more special for everyone! The outdoor options are numerous and everything is accessible by walking / bike or car. Having numerous outdoor options during Covid is one of the best ways to create good memories with your family. We not only took in the options in Sun River (natural museum & town & planetarium & Sharc water center & biking & tubing) but we also drove about 15 minutes south and enjoyed an hour hike to some natural water slides. The kids will never forget the experience We are looking forward to coming again next Year! We're already talking about what we want to do as a family. One thing we have noted is that as your kids grow up and get bigger and stronger, there are more and more things to explore and do. So as you return from year to year you discover new things you haven't experienced before.

Located directly on the Golf course provided a beautiful backyard deck experience from early morning to late at night grilling around the BBQ. The house feels like a mountain mansion with beauty & spaciousness wrapped in casual luxury. This particular property had everything we could've imagined. A huge kitchen for gathering & cooking together along with multiple cozy sitting areas that any large group could enjoy. Another family joined us for part of the week and everyone had their own bedrooms & bathrooms which provided 100% privacy for the adults and the kids. The layout of the home gives everyone a sense of quiet & comfort. You can easily roam around in the home's spaciousness with a family of 4 people or use it as a reunion gathering for 20 people. The kids loved playing hide and seek in the nooks & custom design of the home. It's a dream vacation rental for people of all ages. Great for a large family gathering experience! The team was cooperative, kind and patient. Sun River is a fabulous opportunity for a family. The combination of a rural setting with bike paths, nature & astronomy center, the river and water slide park, a village with great coffee and convenient gas & grocery stores...everything a family could ask for. We've returned to Sun River approximately 6 times over the course of 10 years. As our kids have transitioned from babies to Middle Schoolers we've found that Sun River grows with you. When you start out with babies you take in the pools & village but as your kids grow you explore more and discover the extensive range of options to take in. As your family expands so does Sun River. Honestly there's nothing I can imagine that wasn't already provided. Bikes for all ages are in the garage and the hot tub on the back deck covers the unexpected extras besides providing everything in between. My goodness, our bathroom was as large as our living room in California!! If you like inspirational space, tall ceilings, large bedrooms, great bathrooms and three large entertainment areas, this is the right house for your family & friends. A uniquely custom designed home that you will never forget! Great architecture.... Thank you for your kindness. Our week in Sun River was one of the highlights of our summer travels.

Winners Circle 30 was perfect for our family of 7!

"It made our wonderful trip to Sunriver, even that much better. The location was ideal for us. We enjoyed biking and walking around the golf course as well as to the Maverick and North Store. The property was clean and well-maintained. We would definitely stay at this property again and recommend it to our friends!

We loved staying in Winners Circle 30

"The location was beautiful. The house was spacious enough that it never felt cramped or crowded. The home was very peaceful and homey despite it's large size. We loved having a fire in the beautiful fireplaces. We would return to Winners Circle in a minute. The kitchen is amazing, the deck is relaxing and the Cascara staff is awesome.

"We have 14 in our family and this home had plenty of room for all. There was a lot of common living space and places to sleep. The location was great with easy access to the trails and overlooking the golf course. We actually enjoyed having the extra distance from SHARC and the Village in order to give us more walking and biking time. It was very close to North Store which was very convenient. We would consider staying here again.
