- Second Floor: Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed plus a set of bunk beds.
- Third Floor: Two bedrooms, each with a king bed.

The management company communication was great.

"Whistling Swan 8 Mon, Jul 31 – Thu, Aug 3, 2023 Rating: 4/5 Functional for the cost The management company communication was great. They do use the “old school” physical key pick up/drop off process, so you will need to stop by their office in the village. Nice layout gives separation/some privacy, air conditioning was very helpful (nearly a must in the summer months), the bike/pedestrian path is easily accessible. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the river. The interior was clean and worked well for our family. It is not updated, so if that is important to you it may not be a good fit.

"We very much enjoyed the house and will strongly consider coming back. The basketball hoop was a big plus for our 6'6" grandson who made good use of it. It was a great house. Close to the river, easy to find and well equipped. Two concerns: The garage door does not latch and lock. One of the bikes has a front brake mechanism that is missing a tension spring. I usually like to put bikes in working order, but I couldn't on that one.

"Clean, and comfortable beds and bathrooms. Our family enjoyed the quiet of this wooded area. We used the hot tub which was well maintained and clean. We enjoyed using the bikes...all nine of us....ages 5-73....for trips especially to Benham Falls, the SunRiver Village, and the SARC. The first night we all rode over to our relatives who were staying at another unit in Sunriver. Liked the fact that the home had three stories and one level included a nice loft area where our kids hung out. The deck was much larger than it looked online. Enjoyed the locality of Sunriver because we were able to explore the fascinating lava fields and the mile long lava river tube very close by. We spent a night at the Observatory right in Sunriver. Highly recommend checking that out. Went tubing on the river close by. Some of our party enjoyed Golfing in Bend.

"Myself along with 6 others had a great time visiting Sunriver and staying in this vacation rental while skiing the slopes of Mt Bachelor for a long weekend. The home was clean and very spacious even for the 7 of us and a dog. The hot tub is one of the best features in my opinion. A truly great place to relax and enjoy the surrounding areas.

"We were 2 families with a total of 9 people and a golden retriever. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and the Sharc passes. The kitchen was very well equipped and we didn't even run out of hot water with 3 teenage girls! Furniture and mattresses could use some updates, but for the price this was a great place!

"It had a comfy feel that made us feel at home. I think our only concern were that for some reason the fireplace wouldn't work (smoke would come out the front instead of the chimney) and that the hot tub was a little smaller than we hoped, but none the less it was still a good time!

"Whistling Swan is a nice setup for having several people. We had never stayed closer to the river and it was a nice change. It was nice they were pet friendly.The Management Company was very responsive. We called them out twice and they responded quickly & professionally. Even though it rained while we were there, we had a great time!
