Description:
Wonderful home centrally located in Sunriver with something to offer for everyone. This beautiful, dog-friendly dwelling is a short bike ride to the Observatory and Nature Center and also within a mile of SHARC. Home features a private wrap-around deck where you can BBQ your favorite meal or sit back and relax in your own private hot tub while enjoying the beautiful sky above. No matter what you have planned for your vacation here in Sunriver, there is no doubt that this is the perfect home for your family. It also features two garage parking spots.

This home has been newly remodeled and updated. The kitchen now has granite countertops, a new sink with fixtures, and completely refinished cabinets. These renovations make the kitchen a perfect spot for making meals with your family. Throughout the house, you will notice new carpet in the living room and Primary Bedroom, along with new wood-style vinyl flooring throughout a majority of the home. The Primary Bathroom has been completely updated and remodeled with quartz countertops, heated tile floors, and refinished cabinets. The walk-in shower is now twice the size and a brand new soaking tub has been added to this bathroom, the perfect place to relax after a day at the mountain. The guest bath has also been redone with granite countertops, tile flooring, and updated sinks, toilet, and shower fixtures. The laundry/mudroom has also been completely updated with new flooring, countertops, sink, and refinished cabinets.

Bedroom 1:
The Primary bedroom houses a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and double sinks.

Bedroom 2:
Then you will find another bedroom with a King-sized bed.

The third bedroom has two sets of Twin-sized bunk beds, perfect for 4

Bedroom 4:
In the remaining room, there is a set of twin beds. The twin beds can be pushed together and converted into a king-size bed, making this room very versatile in sleeping arrangements.

Two Living Areas, including a Smart TV in the Living Room, with a Soundbar.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 10 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.

It was extremely accommodating to our group. Everything you need is in this home; selection of bikes, Sharc passes, towels, etc. The kids made their daily short bike ride to the Village or the Sharc. "Summit View 5 Jul 7 – 9, 2023 Overall rating 5/5 My whole family were very pleased. It was a last minute trip and I had sent out various request for AirBrB houses and none were available or rejected our request but Cascara didn't even need a request form, we just saw this rental and loved it and we paid for and that was it . Also allowed us an extra hour of check out! Would come back and rent more homes from them Thank you so much for sharing your home with us lovely home we were awed by the bedrooms and how big it was!

Great Property, Great Location

"We stayed at the property over Thanksgiving break. The house was amazing with two living rooms, a fireplace, and a great kitchen for entertaining with tons of counter space. Small added touches like full game assortments, dry wood in the garage and a turkey-roasting pan with tinfoil went above and beyond compared to other properties. We chose this property because we needed a property with wheelchair access. The house worked well as everything is on a single level, including a smooth ramp from the garage into the laundry room. The property is on a loop that is separated from any of the main Sunriver roads, so there is little to no traffic noise, with quick access to bike paths. Kids can bike round and round the loop for hours. SHARC passes were included and the property had an amazing newer hot tub that worked perfectly. I would stay at this property again!

"It was perfect for us and our grandchildren. Thank you for allowing us to bring our tiny dogs too. They each weigh 6 lbs each and we can't stand to leave them behind.The only "bad" thing was the hot tub. It was a bit dirty. We own a hot tub also and would have like come chemicals to throw in to clean it up. Other than that, everything was excellent.

"I have just recently lost my husband, my sons Dad and and Pa to my two grand children. The boys needed our first Christmas to not be at home. My daughter in law suggested Sunriver. It took me awhile to agree I'm glad I did. The house was the perfect size for us. It was kept up very well and was beautiful. It had everything we needed. We hope to return. It was good for our healing.

"It is on a quiet street and close to the nature center and the village. Our dog is older so it was very nice to be able to have her with us. The Cascara staff is wonderful to work with. We think the carpets will need to be changed pretty soon. Thanks for the SHARC passes!

"Our family got together to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We were concerned because we had dogs and didn't know how it would work. Even though we have dogs, we do not like dog hair or dirty homes. This property was clean and well stocked with dishes, towels and everything you would need to make your visit enjoyable. We would definitely rent again from Cascara Rentals.

"Loved the two living rooms to sprawl out. A lot bigger than the pics portrayed. The only complaint was the guest bedroom beds were so bad that my sister slept on the couch the last night. The kitchen was well stocked. We didn't notice any child's plates or cups which would be helpful for a large house

"We were 4 adults, 2 kids, and 1 old dog and there was plenty of room for everyone. We come to Sunriver every year, and have stayed all over, and this location can't be beat! You're close to the village, river bike loop and Fort Rock park. The weather was extremely hot during our stay, but we managed ok without having AC by keeping windows/blinds closed on the sunny sides of the house and running fan we had brought with us. If you are heat sensitive & staying in the summer months, do know there isn't AC in this house and plan accordingly. Overall finishes of the house were just fine for us, everything a little dated, but everything worked. The Cascara team was great while we were there - on arrival the desk and patio furniture hadn't been cleaned and pollen covered everything, but they were quick to come out and hose everything down. For those with real small kids, the desk is wood and pretty weathered, so it would be a splinter hazard for toddlers or crawlers. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. We turned the temp off and made a refreshing "cold tub" for the blistering afternoon heat. Overall, a great place to stay!

"The layout was great for the kids and adults with separate areas for each and the amenities and location could not have been better. We could walk to the SHARC, Mall, Great Meadow and Lodge as well let the kids ride their bikes everywhere. They have bikes, a hot tub, large flat screens, beautiful kitchen and deck. We definitely are coming back to 5 Summit View!!
