Description:
This home is a classic Sunriver Cabin design with vaulted ceilings and wood touches throughout. Hardwood floors and ample windows create a welcoming air. The living room has enough seating for every member of your party and a nice and toasty pellet stove surrounded by a lava rock hearth will keep you warm during the winter. The windows that surround the Dining room and Kitchen bring a beautiful, natural light to the area. Outside you will find a private outdoor hot tub and gas BBQ.

Main Floor:
The Living area, kitchen dining and one of the bedrooms are all downstairs along with the laundry room and bathroom.

Living Area:
A small sectional and two stressless chairs make room for everyone to relax. When the snow's coming down and the pellet stove is roaring, nothing compares to a Sunriver winter.

Dining:
The dining table seats 6 and there's a built in buffet against the wall. There are 3 barstools at the counter as well.

Kitchen:
The Kitchen is ready for the cook in your party. With all major appliances and the natural light from the window, it's a quick serve to the counter or the table.

Hall to the Deck/Hot Tub:
Off the Hall is a private half bath on the left, a shower on the right, and a laundry closet past the shower. The door at the end of the hall leads to the deck and hot tub.

Downstairs Bedroom:
The downstairs bedroom houses two twin beds.

Upstairs:
On the landing at the top of the stairs is a bookshelf library

Primary Bedroom:
The upstairs primary bedroom houses a King-sized bed as well as an En Suite with separate sink and private shower/tub combo and toilet.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 6 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.

*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests’ personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. If you're planning to stay for an extended time or spend time in the house (weather, etc) I'd bring along some games and baking/cooking items. There were no games and no cooking condiments (only salt and pepper), so just make sure to stop by the store first. The hosts were communicative. This is a 2 bedroom cozy cabin a short pleasant walk to SHARC and the village. It has everything we needed and we had a lovely time. The decor is dated early 1970s as is the case with most Sunriver cabins built in this era. I can not recommend the hide-a-bed but of course I have yet to come upon a hide-a-bed I can recommend - I would consider this a cabin with beds for 2 couples. Also the cabin is not suitable for toddlers or young children due to very wide spacing on banister vertical slats. I appreciated the cabin allows dogs. The managers are excellent and respond immediately to any concern.

PROS: Comfortable beds, flat screen TVs (master bed & living area), nice hot tub and perfectly situated for an easy walk to the SHARC. CONS: No garage, no bikes, tiny kitchen (room for one person), no TV in the 2nd bedroom, spacing on the stair railing is a hazard waiting to happen for a small child or dog (wide spacing is very easy for a fall). SUPER PROS: Neighbor (year-round, I believe) sets out alfalfa for the deer to feed on....morning, noon, night deer watching! We had a blast!

While the furnishings are dated the house was clean with newer windows and shades. The layout is a bit funky but workable and the location was terrific. It should be noted that this home has NO GARAGE for your bike storage- We just parked in the front entry and all worked well.

We didn't really use the kitchen, but we loved the hot tub in the back. The location is perfect -- bike trails all the way through a Ponderosa pine forest! There were lots of activities for the kids -- they painted ceramics, played bumper cars, rode horses, and we visited a few national parks nearby. We're coming again next year for sure!

The pellet stove was a nice accessory to have because there was no need to fill the house with smoke trying to light a fire. The location is great! It is right on a deer trail and we got to watch deer mosie thru the back yard everyday. The only downside to the home was the hot tub. The control panel was in need of repair and the temperature could only be adjusted down and not up. So after trying to get the tub to work the cool button had been pressed many times and took the temp down in the 90's.

We had plenty of space and it was very clean. The master bedroom is upstairs and the second bedroom is downstairs. There is even a sofa bed in the living room if the kids didn't want to share a room. The hot tub out on the back porch was a welcome addition. The location was ideal; within walking distance of SHARC and close to Sunriver Village. We would stay here again.

t's in a quiet location, and short walking distance to SHARC and the village. The property management company was very responsive to our problem with the dryer which broke down (a new one was ordered) by providing us with unlimited towels and clothes drying racks and offered to reimburse us if we chose to go to a laundromat to dry our clothes. A minor inconvenience was the small kitchen and prep counter space, but since it was only for 6 days, we made it work. The home was well-stocked and the hot tub was great! The only complaint is that this home advertises that it sleeps 6 which includes the two bedrooms and sofa sleeper in the front room. The sofa sleeper was so uncomfortable that we were not able to use it - good thing we thought to bring our Queen air mattress from home! I wouldn't hesitate to book this home again in the future if the owner replaced the sofa sleeper. We plan to return hopefully next summer! Note: Cascara is looking into the mattress on the sleeper sofa to see about replacing it with new one to further the comfort of our guests.

There were lots of activities for the kids -- they painted ceramics, played bumper cars, rode horses, and we visited a few national parks nearby. We're coming again next year for sure!

Sequoia 14 was just right for two adults on a last minute getaway.

"While the furnishings are dated the house was clean with newer windows and shades. The layout is a bit funky but workable and the location was terrific. It should be noted that this home has NO GARAGE for your bike storage- We just parked in the front entry and all worked well.

"PROS: Comfortable beds, flat screen TVs (master bed & living area), nice hot tub and perfectly situated for an easy walk to the SHARC. CONS: No garage, no bikes, tiny kitchen (room for one person), no TV in the 2nd bedroom, spacing on the stair railing is a hazard waiting to happen for a small child or dog (wide spacing is very easy for a fall). SUPER PROS: Neighbor (year-round, I believe) sets out alfalfa for the deer to feed on....morning, noon, night deer watching! We had a blast!

"This is a 2 bedroom cozy cabin a short pleasant walk to SHARC and the village. It has everything we needed and we had a lovely time. The decor is dated early 1970s as is the case with most Sunriver cabins built in this era. I can not recommend the hide-a-bed but of course I have yet to come upon a hide-a-bed I can recommend - I would consider this a cabin with beds for 2 couples. Also the cabin is not suitable for toddlers or young children due to very wide spacing on banister vertical slats. I appreciated the cabin allows dogs. The managers are excellent and respond immediately to any concern.
