Description:
This is an upscale 2,605 sq ft, 2-level, home with a Ping Pong table and a Foosball table in the garage. Hot Tub. Gas BBQ. and a spot for 1 car in the garage with more in the driveway.  Kick your feet up and enjoy your summer inside, with the multitude of windows surrounding the open concept Livingroom, Kitchen, and Dining Room. Giving you an airy, home away from home feel.

Level 1:
The main level of the home has a siting, room, living room and Kitchen plus a 3/4 bath with shower and two bedrooms.

Kitchen:
The kitchen overlooks the living area. It features beautiful knotty pine cabinets and stone countertops with stainless steel appliances including a glass top stove.

Dining:
Just off the kitchen is the dining area with a table that seats 6. Four more can sit at the kitchen bar. A door leads off the dining area to the deck and the gas BBQ for easy grill access.

Living Area:
The Living area features a large stone faced gas fireplace and Flatscreen TV. Sink into the soft leather couch and chair for a time of relaxing.

Sitting Area:
The sitting area is right off the entrance and features a couch, chair and TV. It connects to the kitchen so grab your snack and settle in.

Downstairs Bedrooms:
The first two bedrooms are located downstairs; The Primary with a King-sized bed and attached En Suite and the other with a Queen.

Level 2:
The remaining three bedrooms are upstairs which all share a Full bath. There's one bedroom with a King bed and a sofa bed. The second bedroom has a Bunk bed and a Sofa bed which makes a great kids' hangout. The last bedroom has a Queen bed.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 12 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.

Bikes and ping-pong were an especially great opportunity for shared activities and fun, as well as time spent shopping and at the water park. Would highly recommend this home for a family gathering.

"Poplar 16 Jul 1 – 8, 2023 Overall rating 5 We brought three generations to stay the week and had a wonderful time. The house was great - clean, spacious, and with plenty of things to do for everyone. The minimal stairs were perfect for the elders and the bunk room was great for the kids. Appreciated that the deck was done in Trex (so many less splinters!) with plenty of seating, there were bikes in the garage (thankfully since mine didn't fit on our bike rack), the kitchen had everything we needed, we finished the puzzle we brought in two days and so were delighted to have other puzzle options, and the AC was a treat in the heat. We used the SHARC and pickle ball passes everyday - the house is a short bike ride from Fort Rock. We would stay here again! Thanks for such a lovely stay. The description doesn't do it justice. It is better. The owners & property manager have provided everything needed for a great vacation. We used the SHARC passes everyday. Everyone had fun playing ping pong & foosball. I would recommend this home and look forward to renting it again.

We had 6 adults and 6 teenagers staying at this house and it was comfortable. When we needed a blender (the house blender was missing a piece) the rental managers responded quickly and with the correct item.>A great house....cold powder snow and great skiing in and around Sunriver.

Our much anticipated week went so quickly. We enjoyed the hot tub, the games in the garage, the bike trails, SHARC, Goody's, Paulina Falls and the Obsidian Flow. In the evenings, we enjoyed each others company, visiting around the fireplace! We hope to come again next year!

The home was amazing, fully furnished with everything you could need or want. Kid friendly with plenty of games in house and in the garage. It was hot while we were there and upstairs was very hot, even tho they had plug in fans. The two 13 yr old kids slept on the sofa and love seat in the family. Need AC upstairs. Other than that the home is awesome and beautiful!

This house was even more beautiful in person, the photos don't do it justice. When it booked it I was worried if there would be enough space for our group but everyone kept remarking how roomy it was and cozy yet spread out so that we were definitely not on top of each other! The games in the garage were a huge hit, the beds were very comfortable, the house stayed very cool, even without having A/C. (the week we were there it was in the high 80's, low 90's and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was in great working order. I'd definitely go back there again!

The only drawback was the heat didn't seem to be consistent in the bedrooms. The upstairs stayed toasty but the two downstairs bedrooms and master bath stayed pretty chilly. We were fine with it, but with small children bathing it might have been to chilly. Overall we had a wonderful time, the house was well stocked, loved the gas fire for the cozy holiday feeling and plenty of seating for games, eating and family movie time. Property management was awesome!. Thank you.

"This house was perfect for our stay with two other families. Plenty of room for everyone. The hot tub was so nice after a day of skiing and there were some epic battles on the ping pong table.

"The home was amazing, fully furnished with everything you could need or want. Kid friendly with plenty of games in house and in the garage. It was hot while we were there and upstairs was very hot, even tho they had plug in fans. The two 13 yr old kids slept on the sofa and love seat in the family. Need AC upstairs. Other than that the home is awesome and beautiful!

"This house was even more beautiful in person, the photos don't do it justice. When it booked it I was worried if there would be enough space for our group but everyone kept remarking how roomy it was and cozy yet spread out so that we were definitely not on top of each other! The games in the garage were a huge hit, the beds were very comfortable, the house stayed very cool, even without having A/C. (the week we were there it was in the high 80's, low 90's and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was in great working order. I'd definitely go back there again!

"Our much anticipated week went so quickly. We enjoyed the hot tub, the games in the garage, the bike trails, SHARC, Goody's, Paulina Falls and the Obsidian Flow. In the evenings, we enjoyed each others company, visiting around the fireplace! We hope to come again next year!

"We had 6 adults and 6 teenagers staying at this house and it was comfortable. When we needed a blender (the house blender was missing a piece) the rental managers responded quickly and with the correct item.>A great house....cold powder snow and great skiing in and around Sunriver.

"The description doesn't do it justice. It is better. The owners & property manager have provided everything needed for a great vacation. We used the SHARC passes everyday. Everyone had fun playing ping pong & foosball. I would recommend this home and look forward to renting it again.

"I rented Poplar 16 for my kids and grandkids over Thanksgiving and everyone commented on the fabulous layout and how well supplied it was. It was physicality comfortable for all of us as well as visually. Very clean. We would definitely rent it again.
