"East Butte 14 Dec 25 – 30, 2023 Overall rating 5/5 This home was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans & spices. There were plenty of towels for the hot tub as well as regular bathroom towels. Instructions for the TV's were clear, there were many bikes & the boys liked that there was both a foosball & pool table.. I appreciated all the communication.

"East Butte 14 Aug 30 – Sep 3, 2023 Overall rating 4/5 House was great for 2 families. Lots of stairs for the house, but very functional for 2 families with young kids. The bunk bed room and jack/jill bath and other bedroom was a hit with our family of 6 and the other family we came with stayed downstairs. All the bike amenities were there, and garage was a fun for the kids. Overall, a great stay for the value

"East Butte 14 Aug 13 – 18, 2023 Overall rating 5/5 Place was great. Look ahead though, because if it's going to be in the 90s, you may want to bring an extra fan for the queen bedroom - the AC doesn't reach that room very well. The room is supplied with a fan, but we had a baby in the pack-n-play with the fan on them instead of us. [we'll supply an extra fan if contacted] The AC reaches the rest of the house perfectly though. Overall the house was clean, spacious, good location. And the garage was packed with bikes, kayaks, and ping pong.

"East Butte 14 Jul 31 – Aug 6, 2023 Overall rating 5/5 This was a great place to stay with two families with small kids. Lots of bikes to ride, great location and the SHARC passes were a huge win. The stove in the kitchen malfunctioned but they sent someone out the same day, which was great. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a great stay! We all had so much fun!

"East Butte 14 Jul 15 – 20, 2023 Overall rating 4/5 We really appreciated that you covered bike rentals since a couple of the bikes at the house weren't usable. And glad someone came out right away and fixed the drain, accordion doors off the track and toilet paper holder falling off the wall. We liked how you communicated via text a few times letting us know when it was getting close to our stay ending and the checkout procedure. It was a nice idea that you messaged at the end of our stay and asked if we wanted to extend it which we did for one day.

We did have an issue with the family room TV remote note working, the TV in the first floor bedroom not being set up. When we told them about the family room remote, a service person did come and check it out, but the problem was not resolved.

"East Butte 14 Mar 31 – Apr 2, 2023 Overall rating 5/5 Great house! Living room lamps weren't working, but management fixed the issue quickly during business hours (9-5pm). Just a note that to get to master bedroom, you have to go through the bunk bed bedroom.

"East Butte 14 Mar 20 – 24, 2023 Overall rating 5/5 Public review Great little place for the week. Little smaller than I anticipated but worked for our group of 10 and two dogs. Place was clean and Kitchen had a lot of stuff we needed for cooking. Only thing we wish we would have known was the conjoined room upstairs. In order to get through to the upstairs master bedroom you had to walk through the bunk room. Outside of that nice little place for relaxing and exploring the area.

" The team at Cascara were communicative and incredibly helpful as we needed to adjust our visit. For anyone that's a first time visitor, it's worth noting that the house has Sharc passes for the very active local pool but does not come with access to the resort [owned] pools. Our stay at 14 East Butte was short but I was incredibly grateful for the communication and help in changing our reservation. The house itself was a great layout for two families to share and the amenities/sports equipment on site was fantastic. The setup at Sunriver is very confusing for a first-time visitor with the separation of Cove access and Sharc access - which I realize is well outside of your control - but it would be helpful for some clarity around staying in a resort area without access to the resort pools. "The house was a little smaller than expected for our party of 9 but had everything we needed! Check in and out was seamless. The location of this home in proximity to The Village and SHARC were great. We often walked in the morning for coffee and the kids were able to bike around without getting lost! "The house is conveniently located on a quiet street, has bikes enough for everyone, two nice kayaks, ping pong, foosball, hot tub, a nice BBQ, two refrigerators, and a great living area. The kitchen is a bit on the small side, which seems to be par for the course in Sunriver. The only other drawback is that the (huge) master bedroom is located through the bunk room and not directly off the hallway. The master bath is very nicely updated. Great home; would absolutely return.

"Even phone chargers, and everything worked. we always end up with a house at Sunriver with something (like a Jacuzzi) not working, but everything worked. everything was super clean, updated (bathrooms are new I think with gigantic showers), large new TV's in every room, basically all you can ask for. House is far enough from the main road. we have nothing to complain about and will try to get this house sometime in the summer. highly recommended (after staying at about 6 other houses at Sunriver to date).

"From Air BnB--The cabin is in beautiful shape, clean, lots of fun things to do around the house(hot tub, ping pong, bikes, kayaks, fussball table). It is 5 minutes by car away from Village Center where there are shops, bars, grocery store. Lots of trails for walking and biking close to the house. 20 minutes drive to Mt Bachelor and Bend. We had a great time, I highly recommend it!
