I was very happy with Grouse 4. It was a very large house with a very good floorplan and a lot of room for people to sleep and socialize. The location was great, i liked how we had privacy outside in our backyard and there were woods between our house and the golf course. we loved the foosball and ping pong table and enjoyed relaxing in the hot-tub.
