This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home is located near circle 6 and the Woodlands Golf Course. This is a very nice family condo that is reverse living with 2 levels. It has its own swimming pool in the condo complex in the summer months. There are 3 flat-screen TVs (the living room and primary bedroom TVs are smart TVs), free WiFi, a gas fireplace, gas BBQ, and bikes.
Upstairs:
Upstairs is the main living area of the condo. The kitchen, living room, a hall bath, and the Primary bedroom are all upstairs. The Primary bedroom houses a queen bed and has a full bath En Suite.
Downstairs:
Downstairs, the first bedroom has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV, and access to the Hot Tub. The second bedroom has a Bunk Bed. There's a full bath downstairs as well as the Washer and Dryer and garage access.
Recreation Access: This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes. Guests can access the SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf, the boat launch, and the Winter Sledding Hill seasonally. See the SHARC website for full details and COVID information.
