Great for young folks, difficult for (sponsoring) grandparents.

"Steps up to house, front and back, and sunken living room hazardous for 80 yr old parents (grandparents). Also the elders would have appreciated the king bed being on the first floor. Inclouding a note about “ADA not compatible “ in the presentation might prevent some dissatisfaction in the future.

"We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and the patio was fantastic. We Enjoyed sitting watching the golfers as the went down the green. There was plenty of room for the family to spread out. Took advantage of the bikes and the sharc passes added to the fun.

Spacious and very clean!

"We had a fantastic time at this home. Loved the floor plan- it was very well laid out. So much space for multiple families without feeling overcrowded. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The hot tub was huge and there were so many games and bikes to keep the kids busy. Loved the bonus room with the pool table. We will definitely be back. Home felt very private even tho there are houses on either side.

"We had a very memorable stay. The house is a very good base, clean and spacious, for us to rest and explore beautiful Bend with the provided bikes. I only hope the Wifi is better for me to work remotely. Thank you and we hope to be back.

"This house worked perfectly for four families. It was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. I would have given it a 5-star rating, but there were plumbing issues, as well as an open ended time for maintenance to respond to them. We look forward to renting the house in the future.

Wonderful multi-family home

"We loved this home. It was great for our three families to stay together. A few comments: we were disappointed that the spa was not functional our first night there- previous guests had “trashed” the spa, according to the spa guy who was there refilling it when we arrived so the new water had to heat overnight and wasn't hot until night two. The middle front burner is broken- the igniter switch just keeps clicking even after the flame has lit. Also, the right window in the children's bunk room won't close all the way so it was open about 3 inches the entire time; during the winter that's chilly! Also, it really felt like there should be more towels available. With 14 people, we constantly ran out of towels. Overall, it was a great stay and we loved it. Thank you!!

Beautiful, Big Sunriver Home

"We stayed here 5 nights for the total eclipse 8/17. We were 5 couples. Everyone had plenty of space in this well equipped upscale home on the 11th Fairway of the Sunriver Woods course. All the home's appliances worked well. The garage has 10 well maintained bikes!

"Enjoyed our stay. We were surprised at how nice the bikes were. We are used to homes having older single speed cruisers. Not mountain bikes and child attachments! House felt new and greatly appreciated the air conditioning. We would definitely stay in this home again.

"Great house for our family gathering. Bikes were perfect addition. Miles of paths. Tennis is five minutes away by bike. Nice golf course. Early season, so we had the course to ourselves most of the time. Well stocked kitchen. Pool table needs work but we enjoyed it anyway. This is the best house we've ever rented for our reunions and would rent it again if we return to the Bend area.

"We are 4 couples that like to get away together for adventurous trips a couple of times a year. This home was perfect for our adventure in Central Oregon. It was ideally located near Mt Bachelor Winter Recreation area for snowmobiling and snowshoeing. The home was nicely appointed, clean, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and living area for all of us. Thank you!

Wonderful home!

"We were here for a 5 day ski vacation with family ages 10 - 91. This lovely home is roomy, comfortable, cozy and spacious and easily accommodated all of us. The 2 refrigerators are great for a large crowd who ate most meals at home and the kitchen with large pantry is well stocked with dishes, spices and utensils. The large laundry room was great for storing some of our ski gear and the 3 car garage was great since there was a lot of snow. The only downside was we had the large master BR and the bed is so high, you have to jump up or use a set of steps at the end and crawl in which was not so fun at the end of a long ski day! SunRiver Pines was also very responsive. We would definately come back!

Wonderful getaway home!

"This lovely 5 BR home was perfect for our family (ages 10 to 91) pre Christmas ski vacation. There is lots of room to hang out, comfortable sofas and chairs, a large dining table and a kitchen counter where we had numerous conversations and laughs. The beds are comfortable though the elevated bed in the master is a bit difficult to get in and out of. The decor is very lodge like and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, spices, etc and there are 2 refrigerators and a bar frig too. We would definitely return!

Great Home for a Family Vacation

"We gathered our family together for a wonderful vacation, and the home was perfect for our needs. There are ample bedrooms and the bunk room was a huge hit with the cousins. The location was great for getting around Sunriver. SHARC passes and bikes were a hit. We loved the location on the golf course as well. The house is well appointed with beach towels and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Overall, a wonderful time and we look forward to coming back!

Perfect Family Getaway

"This was our first visit to Sunriver and the home could not have been in a better location (on the golf course on a very quiet street with no through traffic). The house far exceeded our expectations. Not only was it spacious enough for our 12 family members, but also it was well appointed and beautifully decorated. The service of the property manager was extraordinary as she responded immediately to any of our questions. We will definitely make a return visit!

Beautiful home

"We rented this home for the first time in April for Spring break. We found this home to be perfect for our family of 10. We loved the design of the home, the pool table was in a perfect spot by the kitchen and living room. This home had more to offer than most homes, like bikes, sharc passes, spices in the kitchen, dishes for a crowd. We loved this home! We will go back to this home any time we will be in Sunriver!

Perfect House

"We stayed in this beautiful home for 4 nights with 3 families. It is a very spacious, nicely decorated home in a wonderful location. You can sit out on the patio and enjoy the golf course view. You are close to the grocery store and many amenities. The provided SHARC passes makes keeping the kids entertained easy! The pool table, ping pong table, bikes, hot tub and basketball ball hoop made evenings fun as well. The rental process was smooth and the property manager is very responsive. We have rented numerous houses in the Sunriver area and this was by far one of the best experiences.

This house was amazing!

"We visited Sunriver with my parents and another family (6 adults and 6 kids). The house was fully equipped with everything we could have needed. All 6 kids slept in the bunk room and each couple had their own large bedroom with bathroom ensuite. There was even an extra queen bedroom to accommodate a babysitter! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked and there was plenty of space for both adults and children! We couldn't have asked for more.

Great home and well equipped

"We've stayed in several Sunriver homes over the past 15 years and this is by far one of the best maintained and well equipped. It was well thought through thinking about the guest experience, everything from shampoo and soap provided in the shower, to a well stocked kitchen with all the utensils we needed to cook our meals. The kids loved the game rooms, we played many games of pool and cards throughout our stay. The extra fridge space was SO nice. It not only had one extra fridge, but a smaller fridge in the game room. With several couples staying this was a nice bonus Jennifer was very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had about the house leading up to our stay and also during our stay. I would absolutely rent this house again in the future.

"This is a lovely home that held my family of 10 and all our winter gear very comfortably for 4 nights. The check in/check out process is very simple and the home is stocked with the appropriate towels, cleaning supplies, and other amenities. We have stayed in many homes at Sunriver over the years and this was, by far, the best.
