Across the street from the SHARC aquatics center and a stone’s throw from the bicycle path ensures everyone in your group will love it. A short walk to The Village or tennis courts, this recently remodeled townhome is centrally located. The mix of classic and contemporary design makes this retreat from the modern world perfect for making all of your Sunriver memories. Vaulted ceilings with natural wood paneling and bright touches of color throughout give this condo a classic Sunriver home feeling. The gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances has everything you need to cook up a feast – even the cookbooks and spices! You can also cook up a feast on the BBQ located on the extended back deck. This large deck also provides seating for the whole group and from these seats, you can take in the Golf Course view or the breathtaking sunsets and sunrises Central Oregon offers. The 2 bedrooms have king beds and the loft bedroom has 2 twin beds (that can easily be changed into a king!). Enjoy the gas fireplace while watching your favorite programs on the flat-screen TV or just relaxing on the couch reading a book. Floor to ceiling window and skylights give this 2 story home a light and airy feel. We had a wonderful time in your condo. The kitchen was amazing - so well stocked with utensils, pots/pans and the essentials. This was a very thoughtful surprise & allowed us to make more meals "at home" during our stay. we had plenty of room for 3 adults, 2 kids & 1 dog - the younger of the two children was able to use the tv den as her bedroom in a pack and play. we also took advantage of the bikes in the garage, which was so convenient to just get on and go without the hassle of renting. Thank you for the thoughtful touches you put into your rental. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay.

Rented for a week before and including kitchen. Kitchen and bathrooms have been completely remodeled and the kitchen is stocked to meet any gourmet cook's needs. Of all the things we brought the only ones we used were our knives and the kitchen aid mixer. As others have commented, not having a tv in the gr at room is a real minus. It is located in a dark, small den. It would be so easy to make this change.I think we would enjoy this place even more outside of winter. The Mt. View HOA does not do a good job keeping the roads or walks passable. There were several weather related issues including the garage door freezing shut. The property management firm was very r sponsored. But all in all a great house.

A beautifully updated kitchen and remodeled bathrooms made our stay extra nice. The location right next to the walking paths and the green made for easy access to nature. The owners obviously take pride in their condo...we felt welcome and at home. Windows need washing, however!

We would have liked a TV in the eating area so that we could watch the news with dinner. Also, please leave complete directions for TV remote in the den. The owners left bikes etc. and had the most complete kitchen we have seen in any rental. We plan another trip this winter. We appreciate the third night free policy with your rentals.

We spent five nights at Mt View Lodge 36 in July 2015. The house was perfectly equipped and the kitchen and bathrooms had nice updates. The beds were large and reasonably comfortable. It was a little dusty - need to vacuum the sofas and sweep the overhead lighting fixtures. Overall, we were very comfortable here! I love the location...very close to SHARC and a short walk to the Village. Being right on the golf course made for beautiful views. We enjoyed riding the bikes (all were in good shape!). I liked that we could bring our dog. I would rent this home again.

My wife and I have been staying at Sun River for quite a few years. We like to stay in the same place on return visits just for that familiar feeling of a second home. On a bike ride we saw this property and were able to get in to look at it. One look and we booked it for our next trip. This is probably the most thorough remodel and tastefully appointed home we've had the pleasure of staying in. Literally, nothing seems to be lacking. The finishing touch of a personal greeting note and a bottle of wine just put this property and our stay overflow the top

First time in the Condo, and we weren't disappointed! Four of us and a toddler for our 32nd Anniversary. Wonderful, fully stocked kitchen for the chef, very comfortable beds. Love the location for the off-season, I can imagine it might be a bit noisy peak season with the path right there and Sharc a stones throw away. Snowed while we were there, beautiful view from the deck. Very clean and cozy, love the den. The only draw back was that Mavericks was shut down, and the Sharc passes don't allow you to use the exercise room. Definitely recommend this property and will be back!

The home is stocked nicely with everything we needed for a great vacation. There are fans to keep you cool, games and puzzles, towels, everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and the bedding is soft and warm. The location was ideal, across from the SHARC, backing to the golf course, and right on a bike path.

This is a super clean, remodeled wonderfully cared for vacation home that has become our desired place to stay in Sunriver. The owners provide everything that a vacationer could possibly want, plus some. A fully stocked kitchen with spices galore, spa-like bathrooms, games, 3 adult bikes and one that our 8 year old daughter could ride, a serene view of the golf course, easy access to SHARC and village. We love everything about this home, especially that they allow dogs.

Mt View Lodge 36 is a perfect get away. The location and amenitites made this the perfect home away from home! We have stayed several times at this location and will in our future trips to Sunriver! The interior is updated and offers enough room for 6! Being right across from the SHARC is outstanding and only a bike ride away from the Village.

We picked this condo for its location. Quiet area of Sunriver on golf course and a short walk to the SHARC. We visit 5-6 times per year for the past 12 years and have stayed in a lot of rentals.The unit was much cleaner than properties we've stayed in with competing property management companies in Sunriver, and better than those we've booked through VRBO which makes me much more likely to stay with Sunray when we need to rent a property only in the future.

Notes

PET POLICY
Pets are allowed in homes classified as pet-friendly homes with management pre-approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Please note the following policies at our pet-friendly homes.

  1. Cascara welcomes pets for an additional fee of $10 per night/per pet.
  2. All pets must be on a leash or under voice command at all times when outside of the home.
  3. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after all pet waste.
  4. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Evidence of pets on furniture may incur additional deep cleaning fees.
  5. Additional fees may apply if your pet causes damage or disturbances to premises or furnishings or leaves excessive amounts of hair.
  6. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Cascara reserves the right to remove guests whose pets are deemed noisy or disruptive.
  7. Pet will not be left unattended on balcony, patio, or porch. If you leave the pet in the home while you are gone the pet will need to be placed in a pet carrier to avoid any scratches or damages to walls and trim while left unattended.
  8. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cascara Vacation Rentals, its operators and owners and their respective affiliates from all liability and/or damage suffered as a result of their pet.

Guest will be solely responsible for the pet while on the property and in Sunriver.

 

No Smoking Policy

All Cascara Vacation properties do not permit smoking inside the vacation homes or condos. This includes, but is not limited to; tobacco, marijuana, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing liquid nicotine, hookahs, cigars, or any lighted inhaled material. Any damage caused by smoking is 100% the responsibility of the guest on file. Sunriver is surrounded by the abundant wooded area of the Deschutes National Forest, which makes for a very high wildfire risk in the warm months.

According to Sunriver Owners Association Rules and Regulations:

Smoking of cigarettes, pipes, or other substances on or along any road, drive, lane (except within an enclosed motor vehicle), pathway, trail, or any SROA owned property is prohibited unless specifically permitted by signage.
