This charming 2 story, 3 bedrooms 2 bath condo has a picturesque view of Mt. Bachelor and the Meadows Golf Course. You are sure to find a relaxing time at this delightful condo. Mt. View Lodge 35 is filled with floor to ceiling windows, picture windows, and skylights in the loft, letting you soak in all the sunshine, it is sunny in Sunriver ~300 days a year. You will find a fully stocked kitchen and a fun dining room table to seat everyone in the house. On those cold winter days or chilly high desert summer nights, you can warm up next to an inviting gas fireplace. On the deck located off of the back of the home, you will find a BBQ to meet all of your grilling needs where you can then enjoy your outside meal on the patio with a large table and seating for all. The back porch also boasts a lovely porch swing where you can relax with a glass of wine or a cup of freshly brewed coffee and watch the deer or a breathtaking sunset. Bed configuration – 1st upstairs queen, 2nd downstairs king, and the 3rd downstairs bedroom has 2 twins, and the loft has a futon. Enjoy any of the 4 TV’s or go for a bike ride on one of the 8 bikes that come with this condo. You’ll be sure to find something adventurous do here! Across the street from SHARC and next to the bicycle path. A short walk to The Village or tennis. Occupancy 8.

I came down for the wine fest and I was staying in a hotel in Bend, and it was horrible. I ran into Cascara and they hooked me up. They put me in this adorable little condo, with AMAZING views and in walking distance to Sharc where I was working for the weekend. I now know to call Cascara when I need a place in Sunriver.

Comfortable house on the golf course, across road from SHARC, has all amenities including bikes, BBQ, wifi, full small kitchen. Beds very firm, sleeps 6-8 easily. Not luxurious but very clean and well kept.

My family of 5 stayed here and enjoyed it. The location is excellent, right on a bike path, near SHARC and the Village. The house is in a complex and the outside space has neighbors close. The house was generally in good shape, though The deck needs to be replaced and the A/C does not work well upstairs. And lastly, the cost is a bit high for what it is. If you're good with all that then this is a nice place.

Great location near the SHARC and view was awesome. Property photos and description were accurate. The townhouse was clean and had all the amenities. Nice having bikes available although the youngest in our party was 18. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Our Experience for our first rental with MT View 35 was Amazing. This special place had everything you good want when your away from home. We enjoyed our Great Views --- totally Amazing.. My husband said as more homes to choose he said it will be hard to top off this view for such a great price with all the amenities nearby.... Thank you and we will do this again....

The location of this property was absolutely perfect for us. Our favorite part was enjoying the sun either on the deck or on the grass while sipping a glass of wine and looking at the golf course and view of Mt. Bachelor. The availability of the bikes for our teenagers and easy access to the pool, trails and skiing made this an affordable week long stay.

We had a great vacation and loved the condo. The living room furniture and deck furniture is OK. Everything else is great. Very well stocked kitchen. Only comment would be - take your own pillows with you. None of us could use the pillows which seem to be original to the condo built in 1972! We went to Costco and bought pillows for our stay! That was the only glitch. View is exceptional!!! A 2 minute walk from SHARC if you're interested in using that facility. Such a handy location to the Lodge and the Village. We loved it.

All Cascara Vacation properties do not permit smoking inside the vacation homes or condos. This includes, but is not limited to; tobacco, marijuana, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing liquid nicotine, hookahs, cigars, or any lighted inhaled material. Any damage caused by smoking is 100% the responsibility of the guest on file. Sunriver is surrounded by the abundant wooded area of the Deschutes National Forest, which makes for a very high wildfire risk in the warm months.

According to Sunriver Owners Association Rules and Regulations:

Smoking of cigarettes, pipes, or other substances on or along any road, drive, lane (except within an enclosed motor vehicle), pathway, trail, or any SROA owned property is prohibited unless specifically permitted by signage.
