Description

This spacious air-conditioned home has a landscaped yard and views of the Deschutes River from multiple rooms. This is a 2 level 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home with an additional sleeping area in the downstairs family room. The upstairs master suite has a king bed and a large double headed shower in the master bathroom, the downstairs 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins, and the downstairs family room has a queen hide-a-bed. This home has a lot of windows, hardwood floors, and a fireplace in the living room. The dining area will seat the whole family and there is also a breakfast nook off the kitchen. The home does have 4 TVs (55-inch TV in the upstairs living room), 2 VCRs, DVD, free WiFi, and stereo/CD with a nice surround sound system. There is a great deck looking out to the natural setting and the Deschutes River, while on the deck you can enjoy a private outdoor hot tub or cook a tasty meal on the gas BBQ. There is garage parking available and bikes for you to cruise the nearby paths. This home is also near Cardinal Landing Footbridge that crosses the Deschutes River to forest service land and trails. There is A/C, No smoking, Allows Pets. The home is near circle #5 on Sunriver’s Westside and has a Maximum Occupancy 8.

House was great. There were 6 of us (4 kids) and theyhad plenty of room. One of the bikes was unusable, so that was a disappointment. I would rent this house again. The location was great. The Bar-B-Q needs replacing. It did not work too good.

We enjoyed the spacious floor plan and location of this house on the river. It had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, big windows very clean, plenty of space and quiet in the trees. There are games in the cabinet, and bikes too, but don't ride the purple one, it isn't up to speed. We loved the top of the line 80's dcor and style, don't change a thing! Will definitely try to stay here again. Thank you.

Sunriver had received a great amount of snow in two days so the deck was covered in snow! Beautiful location near the river path for the dogs to walk on. The house is spacious and having master separate from other bedrooms is good for early risers. Kitchen is better equipped than most rentals. We appreciated Cascara allowing us to check in one hour early as the unit was ready! Thank You! We will stay here again.

It is a great house that is by the river and is so spacious. The decor is dated, but we strive to make sure the home is in working and clean condition. I know the home owner has put great care into maintaining his home and has had to replace the roof and repairs like that, that have kept him from being able to tackle the decor.

Blue Goose 12 is totally private. it is in the trees with a peek-a-boo view of the river. It is on a cul-de-sac. If you want quiet this is the place for you. It has large rooms with plenty of room for our party of 4 adults and two toddlers. The deck is childproofed with acrylic barriers around it and the living room even has a removable child gate. It is far from any pools or amenities. We walked and biked everywhere.However the home has seen better days. The floors are seriously scratched. The furniture is very dated and worn. The lamps are mostly damaged.We loved the comfort of the home and did decide to rent it again next year.

Notes

PET POLICY
Pets are allowed in homes classified as pet-friendly homes with management pre-approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Please note the following policies at our pet-friendly homes.

  1. Cascara welcomes pets for an additional fee of $10 per night/per pet.
  2. All pets must be on a leash or under voice command at all times when outside of the home.
  3. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after all pet waste.
  4. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Evidence of pets on furniture may incur additional deep cleaning fees.
  5. Additional fees may apply if your pet causes damage or disturbances to premises or furnishings or leaves excessive amounts of hair.
  6. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Cascara reserves the right to remove guests whose pets are deemed noisy or disruptive.
  7. Pet will not be left unattended on balcony, patio, or porch. If you leave the pet in the home while you are gone the pet will need to be placed in a pet carrier to avoid any scratches or damages to walls and trim while left unattended.
  8. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cascara Vacation Rentals, its operators and owners and their respective affiliates from all liability and/or damage suffered as a result of their pet.

Guest will be solely responsible for the pet while on the property and in Sunriver.

No Smoking Policy

All Cascara Vacation properties do not permit smoking inside the vacation homes or condos. This includes, but is not limited to; tobacco, marijuana, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing liquid nicotine, hookahs, cigars, or any lighted inhaled material. Any damage caused by smoking is 100% the responsibility of the guest on file. Sunriver is surrounded by the abundant wooded area of the Deschutes National Forest, which makes for a very high wildfire risk in the warm months.

According to Sunriver Owners Association Rules and Regulations:

Smoking of cigarettes, pipes, or other substances on or along any road, drive, lane (except within an enclosed motor vehicle), pathway, trail, or any SROA owned property is prohibited unless specifically permitted by signage.
