We booked this house to accomodate our family of 12 for a summer trip to Sunriver.

The group of 12 consisted of my family of 5, my brother’s family of 5, and our parents. The house is a nice size for that group and has plenty of bedrooms and sleeping areas to accommodate our party. The house has a funky layout spread out over 4 separate floors, including the basement and a loft. The kids especially liked the loft. The downstairs lower level is a great game area with a foosball table, pool table, and large tv.We ran into a few issues during our stay that I think could be rectified with some maintenance on the home. The toilets didn’t always flush well and the kitchen sink leaked. Additionally, some of the carpet in the bedrooms and lofts had crusty spots or was worn through and needs to be replaced. When we first arrived the temperatures in Sunriver were over 90 degrees and the air conditioning in the house wasn’t running. The house was over 80 degrees when we arrived and it made sleeping the first night difficult since it is a challenge to cool such a large house. My only other concern is the responsiveness of the management company. When we got home my son couldn’t find his stuffed animal. My wife emailed the property manager to see if it was left behind and didn’t hear back from them.
