The wood-paneled, vaulted ceiling, open concept living, dining, and kitchen area accentuates the functionality of this well maintained and appointed classic Sunriver home. Enjoy a golf course view from the upstairs and back deck, accessible from the dining room and master bedroom. From the kitchen, you have a partial view of the beautiful Mt. Bachelor.

Bed configuration: 1st (upstairs) master-king, 2nd (downstairs)-king, 3rd (downstairs)-two sets of bunks, 4th (downstairs)-king.

For indoor amenities, you will be pleased to find air conditioning, 3 flat screen TVs, VCR in the bunk room, Blu-ray player in the living room, user-friendly Sony Bluetooth stereo, free WiFi, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and microwave.

At family meals or for a game night you can use the comfortable dining table that seats 10, for those warm summer nights you will delight in the patio seating. For experiencing the great outdoors this home provides a private outdoor hot tub and a new gas BBQ for all your grilling needs.

The home was lovely- well appointed and decorated. We enjoyed watching the action on the golf course just off of the back deck and had fun playing games on the covered lower level deck. A nice assortment of bicycles, and the Sharc passes were much appreciated. The stairs were a challenge for one of our guests, but for younger families, this is a terrific place.

The least of our concerns over the holiday week was the well supplied, well kept, very comfortable home we rented for our family. We reported a toaster that wouldn't work without holding down the lever. Within an hour, a new toaster was delivered. We toasted with ease the rest of the week. Very thoughtful, helpful, efficient staff.

This is at least the third time we have rented a specific house. It has enough comfortable space for 6-10 family members. The beds are comfortable and the house is always clean.

We do try and keep up with everything when it comes to plowing but sometimes we do get behind. Thank you for the recommendation for the lighting. We can see what we can do for that. We look forward to having you stay with us again.
The home was very clean and the instructions for running the heat were well written, heat was necessary as there was over a foot of snow on the ground. The driveway had been plowed but we needed to remove snow from the stairs up to the front door but it had been snowing recently so we understood. Many kitchen items were available to use (Crockpot, Large Griddle, Coffee Grinder, Spices) these were unexpected as there wasn't a list of items available at the home. I would recommend having more lighting/brighter light over the dining room table as it was a bit dark to play games or do puzzles.

Two families were able to spend a cozy Thanksgiving together in this well plannned out split-level beauty, tucked away in a tranquil setting overlooking the golf course. We spotted many elk from the large deck! The large dining table was perfect for serving meals. We appreciated the organization of the kitchen especially. The kids loved the ping pong table and we made use of the bikes. We were happy with our stay here and would do it again!

We enjoyed the house and it's central location and it's many bedrooms. Perfect for a family gathering. The living room and kitchen layout worked well for us. As with most rental homes, the living room furniture was a little tired. The Sharc passes were a great bonus and the grocery store in the village is surprisingly well stocked.

This home was perfect for our family reunion. Kitchen had all the basic necessities for dinners and cooking, the master bedroom on the upper floor was peaceful and lovely. The three rooms downstairs were perfectly dark for sleeping and spacious. We never had a single problem and thoroughly enjoyed the sharc passes that were included. Can't say enough good! We would definitely stay there again!

6 adults, 3 kids and an infant enjoyed family time, great weather and Mt. Bachelor snow. This was our third time renting this house because it has great amenities and enough room for everyone.

This was one of the nicer homes I've stayed at in Sunriver. I was particularly impressed with the cooking equipment available. Lots of baking sheets, large cook pots and even a electric griddle. It was a very comfortable, well maintained home. I don't think you'll find many rental units with brand new high end finishings, so this house with slightly out of date finishings more than met my expectations. We stayed in this home in February hoping for a snowy stay, but encountered surprisingly warm weather. Being Sunriver (and Central Oregon), we still had many options for outdoor fun.

Spending a week at 16 White Elm was a fabulous experience...which exceeded the expectations of everyone in our family. We've rented a number of homes over the years and often experienced a house furnished with inferior items from the linens to the kitchen. Not here!!! We all felt like a guest in someone's home instead of a renter of a vacation property.

We had a great time and plenty of room, so we weren't piled on top of one another. The hot tub was great and weather allowed for both warm weather and snowy (at least on the mountain) adventures.

Im thorough when I select a home to have the greatest experience and this place did just that. We happen to hit a winter weekend with temperatures in the 60s. Everything we needed was available and all the bikes we used worked! We had a great time! Check out was not as demanding as weve experienced from other agencies and it made for a wonderful ending. Pets are allowed in homes classified as pet-friendly homes with management pre-approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Please note the following policies at our pet-friendly homes.

  1. Cascara welcomes pets for an additional fee of $10 per night/per pet.
  2. All pets must be on a leash or under voice command at all times when outside of the home.
  3. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after all pet waste.
  4. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Evidence of pets on furniture may incur additional deep cleaning fees.
  5. Additional fees may apply if your pet causes damage or disturbances to premises or furnishings or leaves excessive amounts of hair.
  6. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Cascara reserves the right to remove guests whose pets are deemed noisy or disruptive.
  7. Pet will not be left unattended on balcony, patio, or porch. If you leave the pet in the home while you are gone the pet will need to be placed in a pet carrier to avoid any scratches or damages to walls and trim while left unattended.
  8. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cascara Vacation Rentals, its operators and owners and their respective affiliates from all liability and/or damage suffered as a result of their pet.

Guest will be solely responsible for the pet while on the property and in Sunriver.

No Smoking Policy

All Cascara Vacation properties do not permit smoking inside the vacation homes or condos. This includes, but is not limited to; tobacco, marijuana, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing liquid nicotine, hookahs, cigars, or any lighted inhaled material. Any damage caused by smoking is 100% the responsibility of the guest on file. Sunriver is surrounded by the abundant wooded area of the Deschutes National Forest, which makes for a very high wildfire risk in the warm months.

According to Sunriver Owners Association Rules and Regulations:

Smoking of cigarettes, pipes, or other substances on or along any road, drive, lane (except within an enclosed motor vehicle), pathway, trail, or any SROA owned property is prohibited unless specifically permitted by signage.
