Wonderful home with a reverse living floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, centrally located making it easy to get anywhere you want to go.

This home has the classic Sunriver flavor, including a stone fireplace, vaulted wood paneled ceilings, and a wall of windows overlooking the large deck giving you an excellent view of the surrounding trees. The big windows and skylights make the living area bright even on a wintery day.

The upper level has an open, well-equipped kitchen and living room with adjacent half bath and the master bedroom suite. The lower level has two more bedrooms, a second full bath with floor heating and a laundry room. Master Bedroom has a king bed, 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd Bedroom has a queen and a twin daybed (which can be used for sitting or sleeping). 

The home is nicely decorated with canvas prints of Oregon sceneries and other art throughout that make you want to explore the outdoors. Relax in the hot tub on the side deck after a day of hiking or skiing in the close-by mountains, golfing, hanging out at the SHARC pool or floating down the Deschutes.

Going out and about? Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on over 40 miles of paved trails using one of the 4 almost new adult bikes. While you are using the gas BBQ to grill your favorite foods or just soaking up some rays, use the sunny deck off the living room with seating for the whole family!

Amenities include 3 TVs, Cable, 1 DVD, WiFi, Chromecast to stream your own music or movies, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, central A/C, wood fireplace, outdoor hot tub, gas BBQ and bikes. 8 SHARC passes. 2 car garage and 2 parking spots in driveway. The house provided plenty of space for all of us. The fireplace was a warm welcome in the cold winter. The house was clean and kitchen large enough for three of to be preparing food. Dining Table allows for six plus four more seats at the bar. Easy walk to the river.

We spent four nights over the Christmas holidays in this beautiful Sunriver home and enjoyed every minute. The only thing that could be improved: More towel bars in the downstairs bathroom and the hot tub jets didn't seem to work very well. Both issues were minor compared to all the benefits and fun we had!

Stayed in this home with 6 adults. Lots of room and great place to entertain. There were two groups of us and we had everyone over for brunch one morning and dinner a different day. Enough room for people to sit at the table, bar and outside. Spent lots of time on the deck, soaking in the quite and watching the passing deer. Good location with nice bike ride to the village or the SHARC.

I've rented with Cascara (previously Sunray) several times in the past. Every house rental has been more than satisfactory. The house was clean, everything used worked, plenty of space, large bedrooms, great master bathroom and shower. Spent most of the daytime on bike or hiking, so didn't get the chance to utilize everything the house had to offer. A couple of very minor suggestions: 1) A few more games, puzzles, etc for families. 2) Some plastic storage containers for leftover food. Would also recommend bringing personal bikes for those wanting to do longer rides.


Pets are allowed in homes classified as pet-friendly homes with management pre-approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Please note the following policies at our pet-friendly homes.

  1. Cascara welcomes pets for an additional fee of $10 per night/per pet.
  2. All pets must be on a leash or under voice command at all times when outside of the home.
  3. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after all pet waste.
  4. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Evidence of pets on furniture may incur additional deep cleaning fees.
  5. Additional fees may apply if your pet causes damage or disturbances to premises or furnishings or leaves excessive amounts of hair.
  6. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Cascara reserves the right to remove guests whose pets are deemed noisy or disruptive.
  7. Pet will not be left unattended on balcony, patio, or porch. If you leave the pet in the home while you are gone the pet will need to be placed in a pet carrier to avoid any scratches or damages to walls and trim while left unattended.
  8. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cascara Vacation Rentals, its operators and owners and their respective affiliates from all liability and/or damage suffered as a result of their pet.

Guest will be solely responsible for the pet while on the property and in Sunriver.

No Smoking Policy

All Cascara Vacation properties do not permit smoking inside the vacation homes or condos. This includes, but is not limited to; tobacco, marijuana, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing liquid nicotine, hookahs, cigars, or any lighted inhaled material. Any damage caused by smoking is 100% the responsibility of the guest on file. Sunriver is surrounded by the abundant wooded area of the Deschutes National Forest, which makes for a very high wildfire risk in the warm months.

According to Sunriver Owners Association Rules and Regulations:

Smoking of cigarettes, pipes, or other substances on or along any road, drive, lane (except within an enclosed motor vehicle), pathway, trail, or any SROA owned property is prohibited unless specifically permitted by signage.
