This is a single level Tuscan Decor Home that has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths. New carpeting, countertops, flooring, and contemporary furniture make this great home even better. Bed configuration: Master: 1 King, 2nd: 1 King, 3rd: 2 Bunks. High ceilings in living room. Spacious kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, microwave, and side by side refrigerator. There is an extended bar with room for everyone to gather around or pitch in on the prep. There is dining room seating for everyone at the same table and a comfortable seat for everyone in the living room, and additional kitchen seating for 3 at the bar. Poplar 32 has a breakfast nook, fireplace, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave.
For entertainment, there are 4 Flat screen TVs, VCR, DVD, and free WiFi. Outdoor amenities include a hot tub off master, a gas BBQ, and bikes located in the 2 car garage.

We had a great experience from beginning to end here. We made a last minute decision to go to Sun River for New Year's and were able to get this house. Contact with the management company was prompt and seamless. Upon arrival we received a Harry and David gift box because the house wasn't quite ready. The house was immaculate, the kitchen was nicer than mine at home and stocked with nicer dishes. We were having such a nice time we asked to stay another day. We have stayed in Sun River many, many times. This stay ranked at the top.

A group of friends have rented the same two homes at least 5 times in the past, so we know the homes well and have dealt with the rental company before. They are helpful and responsive. We did have an issue with the hot tub not working for 24 hours, and called 3 times, but once the maintenance person came, it was easily fixed

Second time we have stayed in this house. Just three of us...two adults and our Golden Retriever, Rosie. Nice house but I think it would be a little crowded if you actually had eight people there. Enjoyed the hot tub and being able to park inside the garage, and nice area in back of the house for Rosie to play. Kitchen could use a few more utensils and we had a problem with toaster not going all the way down and couldn't get either of the blenders to work, but other than that everything was good. In a nice quiet area of train noise which is great and within walking distance of the North Store. Had one maintenance issue which a quick phone call to Cascara and a maintenance person came right out and fixed. Definitely would stay there again.

The weather has been really hot this year. At least we are able to cool the houses down at night here. We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us!

Three-bedroom ranch-style house--two king-sized bedrooms and one bedroom with two bunk beds. This unit did not have air conditioning, but at night we opened the windows and let in the cool air, which lasted the night and 3/4 of the day. It was very comfortable, as we had plenty of fans to keep us cool.

I always look for furnishings in the living room space when choosing a rental. This house hits it right on the head with the large sectional, big screen TV, gas fireplace, and recliner. We were all able to sit around as a family, see outside and enjoy the fireplace. Plenty of room thru out for sleeping and family meals. Would definitely go back!

This smaller home had a cozy, yet roomy feel. We loved that each of the end bedrooms had king beds and the small breakfast table in the front of the house was great for puzzles while still having the dining room table for eating at. This is a great place to stay and we hope to be able to return to this home!

I have stayed in many homes in Sunriver, this one was nice for a family of four. The setting is nice, the neighborhood surprisingly quiet for one of the busiest weeks of the summer, and the gas fireplace warmed the house up nicely on the chilly mornings. We had a few maintenance issues and a few supplies missing during our stay, but Cascara was prompt in addressing our needs

We had an enjoyable stay this year in Poplar 32. The location to the Sharc and Village made it nice for taking the bikes.

Notes

PET POLICY
Pets are allowed in homes classified as pet-friendly homes with management pre-approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Please note the following policies at our pet-friendly homes.

  1. Cascara welcomes pets for an additional fee of $10 per night/per pet.
  2. All pets must be on a leash or under voice command at all times when outside of the home.
  3. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after all pet waste.
  4. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Evidence of pets on furniture may incur additional deep cleaning fees.
  5. Additional fees may apply if your pet causes damage or disturbances to premises or furnishings or leaves excessive amounts of hair.
  6. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Cascara reserves the right to remove guests whose pets are deemed noisy or disruptive.
  7. Pet will not be left unattended on balcony, patio, or porch. If you leave the pet in the home while you are gone the pet will need to be placed in a pet carrier to avoid any scratches or damages to walls and trim while left unattended.
  8. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cascara Vacation Rentals, its operators and owners and their respective affiliates from all liability and/or damage suffered as a result of their pet.

Guest will be solely responsible for the pet while on the property and in Sunriver.

No Smoking Policy

All Cascara Vacation properties do not permit smoking inside the vacation homes or condos. This includes, but is not limited to; tobacco, marijuana, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing liquid nicotine, hookahs, cigars, or any lighted inhaled material. Any damage caused by smoking is 100% the responsibility of the guest on file. Sunriver is surrounded by the abundant wooded area of the Deschutes National Forest, which makes for a very high wildfire risk in the warm months.

According to Sunriver Owners Association Rules and Regulations:

Smoking of cigarettes, pipes, or other substances on or along any road, drive, lane (except within an enclosed motor vehicle), pathway, trail, or any SROA owned property is prohibited unless specifically permitted by signage.
