Bed configuration: 1st master (upstairs) king, which has its own small deck for those romantic evenings away from the group, plus a large soaking tub in the bathroom. The 2 downstairs bedrooms have king sized beds as well, each with a TV and Blu-Ray player. A nice upstairs wrap around deck and hot tub is the perfect place to take in a magnificent sunset or a beautiful starry night. 2 Twin blow up beds available.
When you are ready to make a meal you can cook in the well-equipped kitchen or out on the gas BBQ on the upper deck. Sit and partake of your meal at the dining room table that seats 8 or outside on the patio furniture. There is overflow seating for 6 inside as well, a smaller separate table that seats 3, or the bar seating also for 3.
For your entertainment, Mulligan 7 features a total of 4 HD TVs with Blu-Ray players and free WiFi. Indoor amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, and a washer and dryer. In the 2 car garage, you will find bikes and plenty of wood for the fireplace. There is parking for 4 in the driveway.

The view from the back porch is absolutely phenomenal, the hot tub is situated perfectly to have privacy from the trail but wide open views of the manmade lake and golf course. The wildlife were often in our yard and completely unfazed by us. The a/c was great after long bike rides and the laundry room was big enough to take on our piles of dusty clothes. All the beds were comfortable and the linens were great. We had other friends staying in SunRiver and they all came by at night to look at the stars from the expansive back porch. Our favorite was sitting in the hot tub watching shooting stars!!

From Air BnB--Awesome location overlooking the golf course and small lake. The kitchen was great with every sort of pot/pan/dish/utensil imaginable. Bedrooms were big and beds comfortable. Great place, I'd stay here again.

The location along the golf course with the view of the pond was just perfect. The house has a very open and spacious main floor and functional bottom floor where the kids room is located. It made for a nice separation when the kids had to go to bed while the adults stayed up. The property management was very helpful and quick to respond when we had an issue (the wind had knocked down a tree in the driveway). In less than a hour they had someone cut up and remove the tree. My only small suggestion is to have the kids room get a new window covering. The current one is broken and doesnt roll up. It makes the basement feel pretty dreary.

We love the location, gorgeous lake view and layout of 7 Mulligan! We would recommend a better supply of paper towels and cling wrap. Kitchen provisions are thin, but the place is wonderful.

e have stayed in Mulligan 7 at least six times over the past 10 years, always for at least 3 weeks each time; 4 weeks this year. The south facing deck, and the view it affords, is why we continue to return. The house layout is good and very functional. However, the entire house is in need of some serious updating and maintenance, starting with the deck (it should be completely removed and replaced).

What a wonderful view from the back deck. The house was perfect for our group of 5. The kitchen had enough pots, pans, bowls, etc... We would definitely stay there again. It is at the quiet end of SunRiver, right on the bike path and it was so nice to sit out on the deck, taking in the view or eating dinner in the quiet of the evening. My only recommendation would be Air Conditioning, as it was hot, and the upstairs was hot by noon. Bring fans if you plan to stay during the summer.

The house was well kept. The kitchen is stocked very well compared to other rentals we have stayed at before. Everything was in good condition. The main floor living area is roomy and comfortable. All the rooms have adequate space.

We arrived on Friday afternoon to spend the weekend skiing at 't Bachelor- my husband and I met up here with a couple we have known for years, they were visiting from Texas and wanted to experience winter. The two king size bedrooms were perfect. Our 11 year old had the kids room to himself. Plenty of space. The only area of the house not completely updated was the kitchen, so older yet functional appliances.

This is the 5th year we have rented Mulligan 7 for a 3 week stay. This home always surpasses expectations in terms of amenities and the spectacular view from the deck. And, if you enjoy cooking and entertaining, this home has virtually all the utensils, knives, measuring devices and a great selection of pots and pans, blender, slow cooker, and enough plates, glasses, etc., for a crowd. The only drawback occurs when the daytime temps are over 90F, the interior of the house does not cool down until well after midnight, with the windows open. The large rear deck overlooking the pond and golf course is in need to reconditioning, especially the railing which is bordering on being unsafe. That said, the deck is still the single best attribute of the house. Staff at Cascara is professional, helpful and very friendly.

this was a great house for our family. The master suite was on the main level with the other bedrooms downstairs. Since all our children are teens and young adults it worked really well. Loved the views off the living room and dining room.

Arrived late and called prior to leaving Portland to make sure the house would be open for us. Someone dropped the ball and we had to call the property management people to get in but, other than that, the house was outstanding. We hadn't realized there was such a fantastic view of the lake out the window until we opened the blinds in the morning. The house was clean, well taken care of, good location, quiet, nicely furnished and everything we needed in the kitchen.

Peaceful. Beautiful view. Great location. Great sunsets. Wildlife near small lake. Easy 20 min. walk to the river. Clean house. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Nice laundry room. This home was just the right size for seven adults. With a master bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms on the ground floor. It's located at the far North end of the resort so is about two miles from the main village and pool/play area for kids enjoyment. The bike paths are well laid out and a good workout can be had for both runners and bikers alike.

We took our 2 teens and my parents for a long weekend during Spring Break. Everything was wonderful, weather was great. Even the water park was open! We recommend a trail ride at the stables. Our grill was out of propane on arrival but one call to Sunray and a gentleman was over within 10 minutes with a full tank. Great time had by all.
