Two of the four bedrooms are downstairs. The first bedroom houses a Queen sized bed with a connection to the Jack & Jill bathroom that they share with the second bedroom downstairs. Which houses two sets of standard Bunk beds.
Level 2:
Upstairs there are two Master bedrooms, one Master has a King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. The second Master bedroom houses a Queen sized bed.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 10 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.

Sunray Management

We all had a wonderful time riding bikes, going to SHARK, floating the river and visiting various places in the area. The youngest in our group is 2, the oldest over 50-there is something for everyone here. The house worked well for our group. The BBQ is not a great one, but it worked. I did bring my own BBQ tools, which was a good choice. I would stay here again.

House was large and had the perfect floor plan for our family of 12. House was clean, well stocked with linens and kitchen utensils. Location of house was perfect, close to park. Would have been nice to have a couple more bikes, there were 3, we had to rent a few. Hot tub, pingpong table, bikes, kids had plenty to do.
