There is a wood fireplace, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 3 TVs, 2 VCRs, 2 DVDs, and stereo/CD. For your outdoor enjoyment, there is a large deck that has a private hot tub and gas BBQ. There are bikes for exploring and it is easy biking to the Sunriver Lodge, Village Mall, and the Deschutes River.

I would stay there again. Tons of space, beautiful deck, nice masters and 2 bunk rooms to choose from. The kiddos (4 and 5 yo) were a little young to feel comfortable in the bunk rooms (up the stairs and across the house) for the whole night. But I think it would be an ideal for a family with older kids. The bonus living area upstairs made for a great play area. Convenient location to village, but you have to ride on the street briefly to get to the path. I'd rather not have a golf course view, but I'm sure some people would love that.

We really enjoyed the upgrades to this home, where we have stayed several times. It would be nice to have the one room with bunk beds turned into a room with a queen bed though.

Over all this was a great place to stay! One bike was broken and not usable and the washer smelled like mold because its a stackable washer/dryer and the washer stays wet. That would be the only real complaints. The location is awesome! Deer come right up to the porch! Very close to lodge and village. Cascara was awesome, they came and changed our propane tank on the grill within 15 min of us calling! We would definitely rent again!

This home was just what I was looking for. It comfortably housed two families of four and one dear grandmother. We had a great time. The updates were lovely and the kitchen was very well stocked. Cascara made every detail of rental very easy.

Great house, fantastic layout, well stocked kitchen. The view of the golf course was very nice and the big deck was a plus. The upstairs is perfectly set-up for a bunch of kids with 2 bedrooms, a small TV area and separate bathroom. Two negatives: The bathroom on the first floor is shared by the two there is no mater bedroom. Not a big deal for one family, but if two families are sharing the house, the adults needs to be comfortable with sharing a bathroom. Also, the TVs in the kids area and the downstairs bedroom are outdated...not a huge deal since you don't go to Sunriver to watch TV, but these should be upgraded.

Very lovely home with fantastic view of the golf course. Extra large patio with plenty of room to relax, have a meal on one of two tables, watch the birds, play games, or use the barbecue. Great large enclosed hot tub set to the perfect temperature. Of all the homes I have stayed in Sunriver, none was so well stocked as Meadowlark 2-----so many pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, extra paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, hand soap, storage containers, games of all kinds, puzzles, movies, etc., etc., etc.! There was even a cupboard shelf containing many spices! The only minor inconvenience was that both master bedrooms share a bathroom. The large garage had a wonderful assortment of good quality bicycles, helmets, and golf clubs and balls for practicing. A close bike trail was a plus, but the quiet streets surrounding this area were also perfect for walking. The home is close to the Spa and Mall areas. Everything was in tip top shape and we appreciated the swimming passes for both Mavericks and Sharc that were included. We were very happy to rent such a great property that allowed our two dogs. Seeing a family of otters diving for food a short distance from the house was a true highlight!

PET POLICY Pets are allowed in homes classified as pet-friendly homes with management pre-approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Please note the following policies at our pet-friendly homes.
Cascara welcomes pets for an additional fee of $15 per night/per pet.
All pets must be on a leash or under voice command at all times when outside of the home.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after all pet waste.
Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Evidence of pets on furniture may incur additional deep cleaning fees.
Additional fees may apply if your pet causes damage or disturbances to premises or furnishings or leaves excessive amounts of hair.
Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Cascara reserves the right to remove guests whose pets are deemed noisy or disruptive.
Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out. Pet will not be left unattended on balcony, patio, or porch.
Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cascara Vacation Rentals, its operators and owners and their respective affiliates from all liability and/or damage suffered as a result of their pet.
Guest will be solely responsible for the pet while on the property and in Sunriver.
No Smoking Policy
All Cascara Vacation properties do not permit smoking inside the vacation homes or condos. This includes, but is not limited to; tobacco, marijuana, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing liquid nicotine, hookahs, cigars, or any lighted inhaled material. Any damage caused by smoking is 100% the responsibility of the guest on file. Sunriver is surrounded by the abundant wooded area of the Deschutes National Forest, which makes for a very high wildfire risk in the warm months.
According to Sunriver Owners Association Rules and Regulations:
Smoking of cigarettes, pipes, or other substances on or along any road, drive, lane (except within an enclosed motor vehicle), pathway, trail, or any SROA owned property is prohibited unless specifically permitted by signage.
