Located near the Sunriver Nature Center and Sunriver Stable, Lone Eagle Landing 2 is an upscale and luxurious vacation home that was remodeled and updated February 2016. This contemporary, multi-level vacation home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has 2 master suites; the 1st master has a king, the 2nd master has a queen, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen. For additional sleeping, the living room has a comfortable hide-a-bed. The vaulted ceilings and skylights create an atmosphere of light, bright, and airy. Indoor entertainment amenities include 6 TVs, 1 DVD player, and 1 VCR, and free WiFi. We provide a fully equipped kitchen with a gourmet stove, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including an oversized French door refrigerator, making this modernized kitchen perfect for family meals and gatherings any time of the day. This home has a fireplace that will keep you warm and cozy while watching a movie on the flat-screen TV or reading a book in front of the floor to ceiling windows. When it is too warm for a fire keep cool with air conditioning as it can be pretty warm in Sunriver in the summertime. Since this home is 2 stories there are decks on both levels off the back of the home to soak in the sun or cook a tasty meal on the BBQ.
Bring the whole family as the home is a kid-friendly with a pack n play and 2 toddler cots. It has a ping pong table in the garage along with bikes for the whole crew to get out and about and explore 30 plus miles of biking and walking trails. Pets are welcome with a pet fee. There is a nearby parking spot and tie downs for your airplane, located near the home, but not at the Sunriver Airport.

Lone Eagle 2 includes 8 unlimited use SHARC cards in 2018/2019, and 10 Recreation Plus Passes for access to the newly remodeled Sunriver Fitness and Aquatics! This gives you access to the Rock Gym, Swimming Facilities, Flow Rider Sessions, Cardio and Weight Room, and studio classes!!  SHARC passes provide access to the SHARC water park, tennis courts, and boat launch.

Pet Policy
Any pet damage will be billed to the credit card on file to include the cost of repairs, cleaning the carpets, and/or decontaminating the home.

No Smoking Policy
The home is designated as NO SMOKING to include marijuana, tobacco, vape, and e-cigarettes. Fines from smoking or smoke damage will be the responsibility of the guest on file to pay in full.

My family and I booked this fabulous house for my sisters birthday. We live in Portland and wanted to go to Mount Bachelor for the weekend. My sister and I had a hard time choosing a house because they were all so nice, but this house was the one we chose. Upon arrival, we were all so pleased, and then we entered the house, we were pleasantly surprised how nice the house was and how kid friendly it was. We loved the house, the lay out, how it had everything you could possibly need. We packed everything, and when we arrived, we found out the house had everything but food. I mean EVERYTHING. We will be coming back, and this is the house we want to stay at, thanks who ever the owner is, they have a beautiful home.

We had a fabulous time! The home was clean and well stocked. We had a couple of broken items and maintenance came and fixed them immediately. The only complaint we have is the outside deck banister is somewhat unstable, so weren't able to entertain out there.

This is our 5th stay at this house; one each year. We very much enjoyed the improvements, especially in the kitchen. The house is well maintained and includes all the toys and extras our group of 6 enjoyed. This year we were here for the fire, only 2 miles away and watched the helicopters filling their buckets in the Deschutes River across the road. Would love to have access to the North Pool, or some pool with quieter ambience.

We loved Lone Eagle Landing 2. The house is spacious, light, clean and very comfortable -- plus the garage had a ping pong table and lots of space to load and unload our car and winter ski and snowshoe equipment. We enjoyed taking quiet walks by the river and stables nearby. Though you are in Sunriver, you have a feeling of being close to wilderness.

Very nice home. Location near SR airport and away from the main activities. We like the quiet setting and having the Deschutes River a few steps away. Home is well furnished and attractive. We have stayed here twice and would return. Although there were only two of us it would be a great place for 3-4 couples or a large family. Pet friendly a bonus! Overall a wonderful relaxing getaway home.

This was our second stay in 2 Lone Eagle Landing and that in itself is a great recommendation. With so many vacation rental choices in Sunriver, to choose a specific home two years in a row speaks volumes. We are a group of four adults, two small children and one small dog. The two master bedrooms gives us private spaces with great separation. The well equipped kitchen is large enough for two cooks and the breakfast bar is a great place to set up appetizers and beverages which guarantees great conversation during meal prep. The large deck off the great room is fully enclosed for small children and dogs to play safely. But the best thing about this house is the location. A stone's throw from the river, easy access to the bike path, a view of the airport runway for little boys who love planes and within walking distance to the stables for little girls who love horses. It's a quick bike ride for the entire family to the village for ice cream and entertainment. Then, when the little ones are in bed and the stars are shining in the huge sky, the real reason we return to 2 Lone Eagle becomes is so quiet. We love this house and will, no doubt, return next summer.

Notes

PET POLICY
Pets are allowed in homes classified as pet-friendly homes with management pre-approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Please note the following policies at our pet-friendly homes.

  1. Cascara welcomes pets for an additional fee of $10 per night/per pet.
  2. All pets must be on a leash or under voice command at all times when outside of the home.
  3. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after all pet waste.
  4. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Evidence of pets on furniture may incur additional deep cleaning fees.
  5. Additional fees may apply if your pet causes damage or disturbances to premises or furnishings or leaves excessive amounts of hair.
  6. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Cascara reserves the right to remove guests whose pets are deemed noisy or disruptive.
  7. Pet will not be left unattended on balcony, patio, or porch. If you leave the pet in the home while you are gone the pet will need to be placed in a pet carrier to avoid any scratches or damages to walls and trim while left unattended.
  8. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cascara Vacation Rentals, its operators and owners and their respective affiliates from all liability and/or damage suffered as a result of their pet.

Guest will be solely responsible for the pet while on the property and in Sunriver.

No Smoking Policy

All Cascara Vacation properties do not permit smoking inside the vacation homes or condos. This includes, but is not limited to; tobacco, marijuana, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing liquid nicotine, hookahs, cigars, or any lighted inhaled material. Any damage caused by smoking is 100% the responsibility of the guest on file. Sunriver is surrounded by the abundant wooded area of the Deschutes National Forest, which makes for a very high wildfire risk in the warm months.

According to Sunriver Owners Association Rules and Regulations:

Smoking of cigarettes, pipes, or other substances on or along any road, drive, lane (except within an enclosed motor vehicle), pathway, trail, or any SROA owned property is prohibited unless specifically permitted by signage.
