Description:

Just steps from the Cardinal Landing Bridge (foot, bike, and horse traffic only), this property gives you access to the beautiful Deschutes River and The Deschutes National Forest that borders Sunriver. From the main level, there is access to the back deck where you can sit back and relax. There is a gas BBQ for all your grilling needs and outdoor seating to enjoy your meal or you can just luxuriate in the peaceful surroundings. At the end of the day, you can wind down in your own hot tub, also on the deck. Sunriver boasts amazing starry nights that you will not want to miss out on. 

The main level floor plan is very open with vaulted ceilings throughout giving it an open and airy feeling. Classic vacation home feels with natural wood paneling and lodge accents. In this open setting, you will find the Living room, Dining room, and Kitchen.

4 bedrooms & Loft:
Upstairs there are two bedrooms each with a Queen bed and a set of Bunk beds. 

The Loft, which is also located upstairs, has a flat-screen TV.

The third level of the home has a fully updated bath and the remaining two bedrooms, each with a King-sized bed.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 10 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.
