Walk on in and you’ll be greeted by the main living area and the staircase.  The Main Living area has a river rock faced gas fireplace, Smart TV, and leather couch and recliner plus an abundance of board games on the shelves. Just behind the living area is the dining area with the kitchen to the right and sliding glass doors leading out to the deck. 

The dining table seats 6 and 3 more can sit at the kitchen counter.  The kitchen has a stainless-steel side by side refrigerator freezer, lots of cupboard space and natural light from the large window. 

Down the hall next to the Kitchen is a full bathroom with Laundry connected to the only downstairs bedroom.  The bedroom has a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, and sliding glass door that leads to the Private Hot Tub. 

At the top of the stairs is a loft are with Click-Clack futon, Smart TV, another selection of games and a game table for four.  Past the loft is a short hallway with two bedrooms at the end.  On the left is a bedroom with Queen Bed. On the right, is the second bedroom with a twin bed and a pyramid bunk (double on the bottom, twin on top) and a walk-in closet.  Just off the bedroom is a large sleeping area with two twins and a flatscreen TV.  Also in the hallway is a full bath with shower/tub combo. 

In the garage is a Ping Pong table for casual play or a full-on tournament (your choice). 

The deck has plenty of seating with common space all the way to the road behind the home.  The Hot Tub sits behind a privacy wall. 

Recreation Access:
This includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes.  Guests staying at the home can access the SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf, and the Winter Sledding Hill without payment.  See the SHARC website for full details and pricing.
