This 2 level home features natural wood touches throughout, even on the ceiling, and the river rock surrounding the wood-burning fireplace gives this home the lodge feeling you look for in a Sunriver vacation home. Outdoors there is a large deck area with a gas BBQ and bikes in the Garage. In the Living room you will find a window seat, a couch, and a love seat. With such ample room for the humans in your party to unwind with. No one will feel out of place. The Kitchen has every amenity and cooking ware that the cook in your family could possibly need. 

Bedroom 1: 
The Primary bedroom houses a Queen size bed, a comfy couch, and a flat-screen TV. 

Bedroom 2: 
The second bedroom houses a Queen size bed as well. 

Loft:
The Loft has a set of Bunk beds and a comfy couch for the small humans in your party. 

Recreation Access: This home does NOT include Recreation Plus Passes.  Guests can  access the SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf and the Winter Sledding Hill at their own cost, pay at the gate.  See the SHARC website for full details and pricing.

VRBO and AirBnb Guests: 
For simplicity’s sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is VRBO’s or AirBnb's fee, not ours.
