The home has been recently remodeled and features a sauna in a quiet location with a great view of the 5th fairway on the Meadows Golf Course. For your outdoor enjoyment, there is a large deck that has a private hot tub and gas BBQ. There are bikes for exploring and it is easy biking to the Sunriver Lodge, Village Mall, and the Deschutes River. Kick your feet up in front of the stone-faced fireplace and watch your favorite show or TV on the flat screen in the Livingroom. With stainless steel appliances, this kitchen has everything the cook in your party could need.
Level 1:
The first bedroom is located downstairs with a King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private exit to the back patio. 

Level 2:
The remaining bedrooms are all located upstairs. The second bedroom houses a King-sized bed and has multiple windows to give you a light and open ambiance.

The third and fourth bedrooms both have Bunk Beds in them, the third bedroom has two sets of Bunk Beds, the fourth bedroom has one Bunk Bed. 

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 10  Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.
