This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom Condo with Air Conditioning is located near circle 6 and the Woodlands Golf Course. This is a very nice family condo that is reverse living with 2 levels. It has its own swimming pool in the condo complex in the summer months. There are 3 flat screen TV’s (living room is a smart TV), free WiFi, a gas fireplace, gas BBQ and  bikes.

The Fairway Village pool will be opening Thursday, July 1st!!
The pool will be open 7 days a week from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. The Board is hoping by July
1st the COVID restrictions will be lifted and extra money will not need to be spent for a pool
monitor and reservation system. However, during these uncertain times, the Board reserves the right to close the pool at any time or add restrictions to the use of the pool in order to comply with the current State COVID guidelines.  The regularly posted pool rules and regulations are always in effect. Please be respectful and kind to all other pool users and guests. 
Level 1:
The first bedroom houses a queen bed. 

The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. 

Level 2: 
The Primary is upstairs and has a king bed. 

Recreation Access: This home does not include Recreation Plus Passes.  Guests can  access the SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf and the Winter Sledding Hill at their own cost, pay at the gate.  See the SHARC website for full details and pricing.
