This 4 bedroom, 2 full bath and 2 half bath, Reverse Living home has been updated in almost every aspect. It is located less than a mile from The Village and just a mile from SHARC. This conveniently located vacation home is ideal for your next family getaway. With 2 Living Areas and a Hot Tub, plus foosball in the garage, the fun and relaxation are waiting for you!
Level 1:
Walk in through the front door and you'll be welcomed by an mud room with bench to sit and kickoff your shoes and hooks for your coats. Straight ahead are the stairs and to the right is the downstairs family room.
The family room has a pull-out sleeper sofa and a love seat. A classic woodstove can warm up your bones or the door leads out to a deck with stairs up to the Hot Tub if you're interested in a soak. The Smart TV will get you signed in to your favorite streaming service for a chance to wind down.
Down the Hall are two bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed. In the hall there is a wet bar (Wine Fridge is out of order). Across from that is the Full Bath and at the end of the hall is the second downstairs bedroom with a Triple Bunk and an attached Half Bath.
Level 2:
Kitchen:
Head up the stairs from the entry and you'll find yourself facing the main living area with a hall to the right. The Kitchen has Stainless Steel appliances, a four-burner glass stovetop, and open shelves for the plate ware.
Dining:
The dining table adjacent to the kitchen seats 6 in its natural state but has two leaves to expand it to 10, plus two can sit at the island.
Living:
The Living Area has a large, curved sectional and a Smart TV plus a gas fireplace to make your stay relaxing. The sliding glass door leads out to the deck with gas BBQ and of course the Hot Tub. Enjoy a meal outside or just kick back and enjoy the outdoors.
Garage:
The garage has a selection of bikes as well as a foosball table to enjoy. It is not available for parking.
Laundry:
The Laundry Room is off the garage.
