Sitting amongst the huge Ponderosa pine trees with over 280° of beautiful golf course frontage. This home happens to be the only property in Sunriver with a private outdoor swimming pool. Centrally located a short distance between the Sunriver Village and the Resort Lodge, this property really is the prime spot for privacy, luxury, and accessibility. Fit for large groups or families, this is how you want to get together with your friends or loved ones. The outdoor living area/swimming pool and new hot tub boast a unique setting with panoramic views. A large portion of the home just underwent a remodel.

POOL AVAILABILITY: The pool is heated daily to approximately 82* from Late-May to Late-September. Sunriver weather and high elevation can sometimes negatively affect pool heating. Should you have any questions regarding the temperature, please reach out to us. The hot tub is open year-round.

The maximum home occupancy is 18 people, day or night. Pets are allowed with management discretion. No garage parking. Parking for 4 cars in the paved driveway. (No parking on the side of the road)

Pet Policy
$30 per night, per pet. Any pet damage will be billed to the credit card on file to include the cost of repairs, cleaning the carpets, and/or decontaminating the home. Pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub at any time. Evidence of pets in the pool or hot tub may incur additional deep cleaning fees.

No Smoking Policy
The home is designated as NO SMOKING to include marijuana, tobacco, vape, and e-cigarettes. Fines from smoking or smoke damage will be the responsibility of the guest on file to pay in full.

"Augusta 3 Dec 29, 2023 – Jan 1, 2024 Overall rating 4/5 The only thing I can complain about is that the hot tub was broken for 2 of our 3 day stay. We checked in on Friday and it was fixed Saturday afternoon but it took nearly another 24 hours to heat up after being refilled. We checked out on Monday. Otherwise it was a good stay. Definitely pricey for no pool (shut down for winter) and not having much access to the hot tub.

"Sun, Jun 5 Sat, Jun 11, 2022 VRBO 4/5 Nice place with solid amenities and great location near Sunriver village We had a big group of 4 families staying in the house and fully utilized it. Overall really enjoyed the stay, but gave 4 stars as the home has some older aspects that should be fixed up. Management company was super responsive though and made sure we were taken care of!

That was a fantastic asset in these times of social distancing. We stayed with a group of 12 family members, and didn't have to leave the property except to go biking. The house is huge, and well-equipped, with plenty of beds and bathrooms, pool, ping pong and foosball tables, etc. Highly recommended!

"Property From Air BnB--Great home for a famlies and get get togethers. A lot of space to move around and very comfortable. The home is a 2min walk to the village and a 5min walk to the Sunriver Resort. If this home is available, book it. It wont be on the market when you come back.
